Halasuru Learning Centre

Our newest centre, only a few months old, is still in the early stages where things haven’t fully settled down. Though there is a consistency in the children attending the centre and a strong rapport built up with the local facilitator, we face challenges with the room and getting the buy-in of the community to the ViKa philosophy. We have seen every centre go through a similar phase as it takes time for the community to appreciate why our approach works better than “tuition” classes with an emphasis on academics.
